4.2 If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled time so that we may allocate the slot to another patient.
4.3 We currently do not charge cancellation or no‑show fees. This policy may be updated in the future; any changes will be reflected in these Terms and/or communicated at the time of booking.
4.4 We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary (for example, in case of emergencies, doctor unavailability, or technical issues). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you using the contact details you have provided.

5.1 All payments for treatments and services are accepted offline at our clinic, currently via Cash and UPI (Unified Payments Interface).
5.2 We do not collect consultation fees, advances, or deposits through this Website or any other online payment gateway at present. If you receive any request to pay online claiming to be from Unique Dental, please verify with us directly using the contact details on this Website.
5.3 Treatment estimates provided (verbally, by message, or on the Website) are indicative only. Final charges may vary depending on the actual clinical findings, materials used, and treatment performed.
